Frequently asked questions
How do I book a service?
Choose a provider, pick an available date and time, and send your booking request. When the provider accepts it, you can chat with them on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Pay the provider in cash when the service is done or the order arrives, or by bank transfer with your payment slip. Card payments come later.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel from your account, subject to the provider’s cancellation policy.
How do I become a seller?
Tap “Become a seller”, complete your profile and NIC check, and start listing your services or products once MEDUSA approves you.
Is my data safe?
Your data is protected. Your phone number and address are shared only with the provider of your booking or order.
